You'll be joining Premier Heating's busy maintenance team committed to providing a high quality service to our valued customers. You'll be responsible for maintaining and installing plumbing in a variety of properties, including many prestigious properties, around the Guildford area.

You'll apply the skills you already have in the plumbing industry, with knowledge of new and old systems.

Applicants must have completed a successful apprenticeship, with relevant qualifications for plumbing and hot water.

Main duties to include, but not limited to:

* Various plumbing repair works in domestic & commercial properties

* Plumbing installations, replacements and upgrades

* Hot water cylinder replacements & vented to unvented system upgrades

* Attending planned and un-planned urgent calls

* Work on heating systems (not gas or oil related)

* Be on a rota for weekend call outs

You will need to be able to:

* Work independently & with other Team members when required

* Start and complete urgent jobs as requested with minimal notice

* Be willing to work overtime when required to complete urgent jobs

* Understand, deal with & resolve problems as described by the customer

* Ensure work is carried out efficiently & to give customer's peace of mind

Requirements:

* Plumbing NVQ Level 2 (or similar)

* Unvented Cylinders

* Minimum 5 years' experience in installation & maintenance work

* Live within 15 miles of Guildford

* Be well presented, trustworthy & punctual
