Kitchen Designer – Design, Sell, Create!Location: Bognor RegisSalary: £30,000 basic + OTE £38,000–£40,000Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:30–17:00

• Saturday: 8:00–12:00 (2x a Month)

Are you passionate about great design and even better customer experiences? We’re on the lookout for a Kitchen Designer who loves bringing spaces to life and helping customers turn their ideas into reality.

Working in a well-established showroom, you’ll have the tools, support, and creative freedom to design stunning kitchens — all while earning a great package and working sociable hours.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming customers and exploring their style, space and needs

• Designing functional, stylish kitchens using CAD software

• Managing the full design and sales process from first sketch to final order

• Offering expert advice and turning inspiration into action

• Hitting targets and earning commission along the way

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous kitchen design experience (retail or bespoke)

• Knows their way around design software like Compusoft, Fusion, or similar

• Enjoys speaking with customers and building relationships

• Has a flair for interiors and a keen eye for detail

• Is organised, proactive and driven to succeed
