General Responsibilities: Responsible for day to day operations of and provide support to end users. Perform daily system implementation, configuration and tuning. Create and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles and permission sets. Complete mass uploads and updates of data as required. Build and maintain business workflow using Process Builder processes, Flows and Workflow Rules. Implement and maintain integrations with key external systems. Create and maintain reports and dashboards across business needs and monitor data quality. Troubleshoot issues logged with Salesforce organization. Review and remove unused fields, objects, reports and dashboards Lightning experience Experience with Agile development and/or management methodologies Ability to write custom scripts in Java and/or SOSQL procedures. Provide subject matter expertise in determining how to fully leverage Salesforce capabilities and available apps on the App Exchange to meet current and future company goals. Responsible for the design, configuration, development, testing, documentation & deployment of platform. Ability to architect solutions per customer use cases, leveraging out of box capabilities and minimizing customizations of Ability to interact with business partners and stakeholders to resolve issues and help provide solutions on the Salesforce platform. Basic Required Qualifications: Demonstrated 3 years of experience working on large scale implementation platform. In-depth knowledge and demonstrated ability to use the standard capabilities of platform. Hands-on experience with development and support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with product owners. Excellent collaborator to work with customers, drive out technical requirements, and actively drive solutions to problems that arise. Recommended Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce GOV Cloud. Experience with developing IT solutions for US DoD or other Military Customers. Experience with Core Java, Java WebServices development SOAP, REST APIs. Experience with Agile project delivery frameworks. Experience with enterprise data visualization technologies (Tibco Spotfire, Tableau, etc.).
