Salary Range: £34,109 to £41,930

We are inviting an experienced and enthusiastic English Lecturer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our students' educational journey, from Level 1 to Level 2, at the college.

Day-to-day of the role:

Teach English to students of varying abilities, from Level 1 to Level 2.

Collaborate closely with the Assistant Director of English to expand and develop the department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education.

Utilise your industry experience to inspire and support students from diverse backgrounds in achieving their career and life ambitions.

Play a crucial role in promoting English and Maths courses, participating in marketing events, and sharing your teaching experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience.

Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent).

Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.

Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and articulating clearly to class groups.

Efficient administration skills for maintaining accurate student records.
