Commercial Manager

A main contractor delivering social housing and remediation works across the Midlands is looking to appoint a Commercial Manager to oversee multiple projects.

The role covers a mix of new build, refurbishment and façade remediation schemes, often within occupied buildings.

Role includes:

Running commercial activities across several projects

Managing QSs and subcontractor packages

Cost control, valuations, and reporting

Handling JCT D&B contracts

Managing variations and project risk

Working closely with site teams on live jobs

Looking for:

Commercial Manager

Background in social housing

Experience with refurbishment or occupied buildings

Good working knowledge of JCT contracts

Comfortable managing multiple schemes
