This full-time, permanent role, commencing September 2025, is an excellent chance for a talented Drama Teacher to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential for Key Stage 5) within a flourishing Performing Arts department known for its commitment to student self-expression and high-quality productions.

As a Drama Teacher, You Will:

* Plan and deliver dynamic and engaging Drama lessons that develop students' performance skills, creativity, and understanding of theatrical techniques and genres.

* Inspire a love for theatre and the performing arts, fostering students' confidence and ability to express themselves effectively across KS3, KS4, and potentially A-Level Drama and Theatre Studies (KS5).

* Direct and support a range of school productions and extracurricular drama clubs, providing students with valuable performance opportunities.

* Assess student progress in both practical and theoretical aspects of Drama, providing constructive feedback to support their artistic and academic growth as a dedicated Drama Teacher.

* Contribute to the collaborative and innovative spirit of the Performing Arts department, utilising the school's excellent facilities.

As a Drama Teacher, You Offer:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

* A strong degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, Performing Arts, or a closely related field.

* Proven experience and success in teaching Drama at the secondary level, with the ability to engage students across Key Stages (KS5 experience is desirable).

* A genuine passion for theatre, performance, and the development of young people's creative talents.

* Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills, essential for an effective Drama Teacher.
