An established luxury travel company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist. My client is looking for a hardworking, customer conscious and experienced individual. You will be highly organised, a logical thinker and a problem solver. Dealing with high end clients you will also possess excellent communication skills as well as fine attention to detail.

This is a full time role based in a stylish Manchester office, with the option for Hybrid once training is complete. Salary is £20k and you will be working Monday to Friday office hours- with 1 in 4 Saturdays on a roster basis.


Assist Reservations in producing quotes for client enquiries
Manage all aspects of confirmed bookings by reserving/amending flight, hotel and transport arrangements
Liaise with worldwide suppliers, accurately verifying and logging arrangements
Promote and arrange concierge services before clients travel
Reconcile supplier invoices against confirmed arrangementsREQUIREMENTS

Excellent customer service
Attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills, the drive to meet deadlines
Confident working under pressure, self-assured
Strong multitasker, able to prioritise and manage varying workloads
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate with High-Net-Worth agents / clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel


Excellent base salary
Annual bonus based on business targets
