Spanish Teacher (MFL) - September 2025 Start

Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate MFL teacher specialising in Spanish to join a vibrant secondary school near Preston city centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed educator to join a supportive school community with the potential for a long-term role.

The Role

We are recruiting for a qualified MFL teacher who can deliver engaging and high-quality Spanish lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will join the school from September 2025 on a full-time, temporary basis until December, with the potential for the role to become permanent from January 2026. You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to the wider life of the MFL department.

This role would suit an experienced teacher or an enthusiastic ECT with a strong subject knowledge and a desire to inspire a love of languages in young people.

The school was last graded as Good by OFSTED and is known for its welcoming and inclusive ethos. Leadership is strong and supportive, with a clear focus on raising achievement and fostering a positive learning environment. The school has a well-established MFL department and values the importance of modern foreign languages in preparing students for a globalised world.
