About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming and inclusive school in Kensington and Chelsea. You will play a key role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to access the curriculum, develop confidence, and thrive both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities

Support the class teacher in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons
Work one-to-one and in small groups with pupils with SEN
Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and targeted interventions
Provide tailored support for a range of needs (e.g. autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties)
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs
A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
