The Role
We are recruiting for a Production Scheduling Professional to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment in Chippenham. This is a key position within the production operation, responsible for coordinating and monitoring production activity to ensure orders move efficiently through the process while making best use of available resources.

This role will suit someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and confident working across multiple priorities. You will play a vital part in helping to maintain production flow, supporting material availability, tracking progress and ensuring production data is accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for preparing production activity in line with order demand, available capacity, stock levels, material availability and delivery requirements to help create the most efficient production sequence possible.

Duties will include completing production documentation for each order, calling off materials and consumables to support production start dates, monitoring workflow and completion reporting, and coordinating the movement of materials between production units. You will also work closely with internal teams and key stakeholders across the operation, sharing relevant information to support a smooth and effective production and logistics flow.

About You
To be considered, you should have previous experience within a production planning, scheduling or manufacturing coordination role and be comfortable working in a structured production environment.

Previous SAP knowledge and experience

Strong organisation and attention to detail

The ability to manage changing priorities in a busy production setting

Experience using a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) would be advantageous, but is not essential.

This role is based on site in Chippenham, and candidates must be able to attend 5 days per week.
