Teacher of Psychology

VNA Education are looking for a well-qualified, high performing, enthusiastic individual to teach Psychology with a possibility of TLR on a permanent basis for a good school in Redbridge from September. The successful candidate will be responsible to help students to reach their full potential.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Hold a QTS or equivalent.
  • Have outstanding teaching practice.
  • Have experience of implementing a range of strategies to raise student achievement, with evidence of success.
  • Contribution to impact on the quality of learning and teaching and curriculum.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

General duties of the Teacher will be:

  • Delivery of outstanding lessons in psychology
  • Excellent Communication
  • Providing safeguarding and pastoral support.
  • Flexible teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Understanding students' needs and collaborating with colleagues for student success.
  • Having excellent subject knowledge
  • Creating positive relationships with staff members and pupils
