The Academy is seeking drug and alcohol counselors for our inpatient drug and alcohol program. Counselors conduct group and individual counseling sessions, maintain caseload documentation, and serve as positive role models for our students.
Among other qualifications, candidates must possess and demonstrate confidence in their ability to influence and modify inappropriate behavior, as well as develop productive relationships with our youth.

Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree with one year experience is required in one of the following disciplines: Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, Education, Human Services and Behavior Sciences.
Individuals with athletic and/or military backgrounds will be strongly considered, as well as bilingual applicants.
Child abuse, criminal history, driver's license, FBI and medical clearances are required upon employment.
