Finance Manager Job in Ringwood
You're a Finance Manager but you want to do more than just the day to day. You want to provide real insight and forward plan to maximise the efficiency of the cashflow, and help with strategic decision making. You want an interesting job, not just a number crunching position.
Dovetail Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well-established company in Ringwood who are looking for a new Finance Manager to join them. Working along side a part time accounts administrator, the Finance Manager will work closely with the MD and General Manager to support them and provide them with financial information to assist with company growth.
The Finance Manager will hold responsibility for cashflow and financial analysis, and they will contribute valuable insight into a business, leading to a fulfilling position.
Salary & Benefits:
* Salary between £35 - 40,000
* 28 days holiday + bank holidays
* Monday - Friday hours 8.50am to 4.50pm (with flexibility)

Duties & Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:
* Maintaining general, purchase and sales ledgers
* Preparation for month end management accounts
* Multiple currency bank account reconciliations
* Preparation of monthly payroll and commission statements, processing staff expenses
* Credit control and management of credit limits and terms
* Cashflow analysis and reporting on this to the General Manager and Managing Director
* Posting supplier invoices and preparing supplier lists for authorisation
* Posting UK and International payments on Sage
* Preparing cheques and direct payments
* Annual audit requirements
* Regular ad hoc reports on sage, forwarding to relevant people
Minimum Experience Required:
* Experience with Sage 50 or Sage 200 would be advantageous
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle highly confidential information in a sensitive manner
* Ability to do cashflow and make recommendations to the business
* Confident to contribute in meetings
