  • Company secretarial support for a diverse range of clients, including well-known Irish companies, multinational subsidiaries, and a significant not-for-profit portfolio
The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Company Secretary to oversee company secretarial compliance for a varied client base. This role offers direct client interaction, leadership responsibilities, and the opportunity to contribute to best practices in corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all company secretarial functions for clients, ensuring compliance with legislation and corporate governance standards
  • Maintain statutory registers and records
  • Prepare and file statutory returns with the Companies Office
  • Organize and attend board meetings, preparing agendas and minutes
  • Advise clients on company secretarial best practices and regulatory updates
  • Liaise with Companies Office and external advisors
  • Develop and implement company secretarial policies and procedures
  • Provide training and support to clients and internal audit teams
  • Stay updated on legislative and regulatory changes affecting company secretarial practices
Qualifications & Experience
  • ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) qualification (Part Qualified Considered)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a company secretarial role
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in Relate Company Secretarial software, Microsoft Office, and Core
