Role:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a key role in matching tenants to properties, managing enquiries, and supporting the full lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing incoming enquiries and booking property viewings

* Conducting viewings and building rapport with prospective tenants

* Matching applicants to suitable properties

* Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies

* Supporting the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth customer journey

* Maintaining accurate records and keeping systems up to date

Ideal candidate:

* Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or transferable experience from roles such as:

* Housing Association / Housing Officer

* Property Management

* Bookings / Reservations (e.g. hospitality or accommodation)

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Excellent administrative and customer facing skills, able to negotiate and handle objections resolving issues that arise

* Confident, proactive, and target-driven

* Highly organised with good attention to detail

* Full UK driving licence and own transport
