What You'll Be Doing
Keeping the electronic rota system up to date with accurate staff schedules and care documentation
Ensuring colleagues and managers are informed about shift patterns and any changes
Responding promptly to rota queries, balancing service needs with colleague wellbeing
Making timely adjustments to cover absences and maintain safe staffing levels
Monitoring, collating, and processing timesheets for payroll
Providing professional administration and reception support to the home
Building positive relationships with colleagues, residents, and visitors
