Our Manufacturing client is looking for a time served and qualified Mechanical Maintenance engineer to join their existing team.

Working in a modern, clean environment, with options to progress into leadership roles.

Working 3 shifts (6am - 2pm/2pm - 10pm and 10pm - 6am) any hours over a basic working 37.5 hours is paid at overtime rates.

THE SUCCESSFUL PERSON:

* You will be mechanically qualified to level 2 in mechanical engineering ( or equiv)

* Have several years work experienced with manufacturing/engineering maintenance.

* Have experience in working with hydraulics & pneumatics.

* Able to identify and repair issues across machinery/production lines.

* Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to interact with company CRM system accurately.

* Be flexible and adaptable to reactive issues that arise.

THE ROLE:

* Maintaining mechanical parts of machines & production line in excellent working order.

* Completing planned regular maintenance

* Reacting to breakdowns efficiently and accurately.

* Working both as part of a team and being responsible for your workload.

* Liaising with and communicating with production and logistics regularly.
