We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a premium new build gym fit out project in Kettering.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-spec internal fit out, following completion of the external cladding works, bringing the project through to a high-quality finish.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

* Managing all on-site activities for the internal gym fit out

* Coordinating subcontractors and trades to ensure programme deadlines are met

* Maintaining high standards of health & safety across site

* Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks

* Overseeing quality control to ensure a premium finish throughout

* Liaising with the client and project stakeholders

* Managing site documentation and reporting progress

✅ Requirements:

* SMSTS

* CSCS Card

* First Aid at Work

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit out / commercial / leisure projects

* Experience delivering high-end or premium finish projects preferred

* Strong leadership and communication skills
