The Job Role
Stunning 50-cover restaurant opening, are looking for a food focused chef de Partie to join the 2-rosette kitchen.
Restaurant is serving quality seasonal menus with the use of locally sourced produce, whilst keeping up with the latest market trends. Working in a team of 5 covering a 50-cover restaurant.
As Chef de Partie you will be working with the Head chef and Sous chef and be assisting with prepare and serve food on 2 rosette level and the management and development junior chefs,
- We are looking for a food focused, enthusiastic chef de partie with previous 2/3 AA-rosette experience, from a quality Hotel or restaurant operation.
- Self-starter who can manage their own time
- A proven chef with a stable CV.
- We are looking for chef de partie passionate about quality seasonal food,
- Knowledge of HACCP and Health & Safety regulations
- Salary up to £22k
- 28 days holiday
- 4 days on, 3 days off
- 48 hours contract
- Pay overtime
