Overview

We are seeking a Vehicle Integration Engineer responsible for leading and delivering the engineering integration process across vehicle programmes. This role ensures the definition, development, and validation of vehicle‑level technical specifications and attributes.

As a Specialist Professional (P4), you will be recognised as a subject‑matter expert, applying advanced engineering knowledge and substantial industry experience to complex challenges while guiding and coaching junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Integration

Lead the creation and development of vehicle technical specifications and attribute requirements.
Develop, review, and manage vehicle testing plans and support product development activities.
Oversee integration activities to ensure seamless performance across systems and sub‑systems.

Specialist & Leadership Duties

Manage large engineering projects or technical processes with limited oversight.
Provide coaching, review, and delegation of work to lower‑level professionals.
Address complex and challenging engineering problems requiring deep technical expertise and structured judgement
