THE ROLE
You'll be the go-to expert for luxury clients - diagnosing, maintaining, and supporting top-tier AV and smart home systems. From home cinemas to whole-home control, no two days are the same.

Your day-to-day:

Diagnose & fix faults in AV and smart home systems
Provide remote & on-site support for high-profile clients
Handle routine maintenance and reactive callouts
Ensure seamless collaboration with project & programming teams
Keep clear, accurate service records
Represent IndigoZest with professionalism and technical confidence WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

Proven experience in AV/Smart Home service roles
Strong knowledge of Control4, Lutron, KNX, Crestron or similar
Confident with AV distribution, networking, and IP systems
Full UK driving licence
Great communication & client-facing skills
A problem-solving mindset and passion for technology
Bonus Points For:

Control4 / Lutron programming skills
IT/networking qualifications
Home cinema and calibration know-how
