Your new role You'll join the Estates team on a 3-month temporary contract, taking responsibility for day-to-day estate management across a defined patch in Sandwell. Tasks include coordinating repairs and maintenance, inspecting communal areas, liaising with contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering a first-class environment for residents and supporting the wider neighbourhood team. What you'll need to succeedYou'll bring hands-on experience in property or estate management within social housing, with strong knowledge of compliance standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are key, as is the confidence to work independently across multiple sites. A valid driving licence and flexibility to travel around the Midlands are essential.
