We are working with a software company based in Cambridge who are looking to a Sales Team Lead to their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position and offers hybrid working.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Leading the team to sell products and solutions within the UK

* Generating campaigns and strategies to increase usage

* Providing support to grow accounts

* Setting and reviewing individual and team sales quotas

* Conducting regular and team reviews

* Working closely with customers through phone calls, web and face to face meetings

* Managing existing accounts

The successful candidate will have:

* Experience in a similar role

* Excellent interpersonal skills

* Ability to pick up new technologies quickly

* Experience leading a team

* Experience working with a host of stakeholders

* Excellent attention to detail
