Meadows Recruitment are looking for an Occupational Therapist to work in Suffolk:

Location: hybrid working: 2-3 days office 2 days WFH (working from home) office base can be either Lowestoft OR Ipswich

Clinical work: Major adaptations team; must have Adaptations/ DFG experience

Rate: approx £35ph umbrella/ £30 PAYE

Job Information: tasks will include:

Providing safe and timely delivery of front-line occupational therapy services within the directorate

Supporting with Triage and assessment for major adaptations via Disabled Facilities Grant

Supporting external District and Borough Councils to provide appropriate adaptations and equipment to disabled people in their homes to support people to be as independent and as safe as possible

Mutual aid to other OT areas as required

Provide safe and timely delivery of OT assessments and reviews across the directorate.
