We're Hiring: Temporary Finance and Business Support Assistant
Location: Plean, Stirling
Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract: 2 months
Start Date: Projected for 21st July

We're looking for a Temporary Finance and Business Support Assistant to join a small, friendly team in Plean for an initial two-month contract. This is a great short-term opportunity for someone with strong admin and finance skills.

Key Responsibilities

Processing sales and purchase invoices

Maintaining customer and supplier records

Supporting credit control and payment runs

Assisting with VAT, CIS, and general financial admin

Providing wider business support as needed

What We're Looking For

Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Great attention to detail and strong numeracy skills

Organised, reliable, and a strong communicator

Previous finance or admin experience preferred
