Quokka Education is working in partnership with an Outstanding day and residential special school for boys aged 10-16 with additional needs, including ADHD, Autism, and challenging behaviour. The school is located close to Eastleigh, Hampshire.

We're looking for a compassionate and committed Learning Support Assistant to join their Key Stage 2 team

About the Role:

* Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons

* Work with small groups and individual pupils

* Help monitor and track pupil progress

We're Looking for Someone Who:

* Has strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills

* Is patient, motivated, and calm under pressure

* Can work independently and use initiative

* Understands the importance of safeguarding and confidentiality

* Has a genuine interest in supporting pupils with SEND

Who We're Looking For:

* Support Workers, Counsellors, Psychology and Sports Graduates.

Role Details:

* Location: Eastleigh

* Start Date: September 2025

* Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm ( 12 weeks)

* Hours: 8:40am - 3:10pm - Monday - Friday term time only

* Salary - Actual Salary (Term Time Only): Approximately £17,400 - £18,000
