• Setting and operating 5 axis machines running on Siemens NX (ability to edit or programme would be advantageous)
• Utilising a “right first time” and “zero-waste” mindset on an array of steel, titanium, nickel, and aluminium based products.
• Ensuring route card instructions are followed and all appropriate documentation is compiled with the highest level of accuracy.
• Machining low volume/high quality products.
• Undertaking quality checks of own work, to ensure compliance to drawings and tolerances.

CNC Mill­­­­­­­­erEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Experience working on either Fanuc, Mazatrol, Heidenhaim, siemens control systems.
• Ability to read complex engineering drawings.
• An accountable and positive attitude to all work tasks
• Previous exposure to Nuclear/Power Generation/Aerospace industry
