TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas within the Home Counties. They are looking for experienced Commercial Gas Engineers to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team, working on a reactive maintenance contract.

You will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance at a portfolio of commercial properties. This is a mixture of commercial & domestic PPMS and reactive maintenance, including some proejct based refurbishment and installation work.

MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:

* Commercial & domestic mechanical PPMs and reactive property maintenance.

* Carry out repairs and rectification of faults and or minor works as required to return assets to service and or provide a clear understanding as to the requirements to do so via Mobile PDA.

* Carry out installations, asset replacements under minor works as required

* Review all service and report documentation for accuracy prior to onward issue.

* Ensure all works are completed on time in line with legal statutory requirements and company procedures ensuring key concerns are communicated in a timely fashion.

* Liaise with supervisor as and when required during the co-ordination of planned and reactive activities to ensure smart planning is achieved to reduce downtime and increase productivity

Pay: £50'000 per annum. Paid door-to-door. £55'000+ OTE.
Company vehicle, fuel card, tools, PPE, package etc.
Hours: Full Time - Monday - Friday 40hr week.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

* Time served apprenticeship - Commercial and Domestic gas certs.

* Domestic to Commercial Heating (CODNCO1)

* Core Domestic Gas Safety (CCN1)

* Combustion Performance Analysis (CPA1)

* Domestic Gas Central Heating, Boilers, and Water Heaters (CENWAT)

* Domestic Gas Cookers (CKR1)

* Domestic Gas Fires and Wall Heaters (HTR1)

* Full UK driving licence
