We are currently recruiting for a Workshop Engineer to join a leading engineering company in Stockport.
This role is integral to maintaining smooth production processes, working with high-quality components, and contributing to a team that values precision and excellence.

What will you be doing as a Workshop Engineer?
* Preparing and finishing components to meet quality standards
* Shot and hammer peening parts as per specifications
* Gauging components to ensure accuracy
* Carrying out general housekeeping and labouring tasks
* Following health & safety procedures and identifying hazards
* Keeping the work area clean and well-organised
What do you need?
* Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment
* The ability to work safely and efficiently, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing conditions
* A Stacker/FLT License is desirable
