JOB DESCRIPTION:

Site Manager required for a new build housing company to oversee a development in Northwich.

Daily responsibilities will include:

Overseeing final plots and finishing/snagging works
Toolbox talks and RAMS
Managing sub-contractors and labour on site
Order materials and liaising with contracts manager for progress updates
