Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working exclusively with a key client in West Yorkshire who are looking to appoint an Interim Financial Controller. We’re looking for someone available at short notice who can hit the ground running and add real value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of group consolidation and reporting (monthly, quarterly, year-end)

• Delivery of statutory accounts, technical accounting, and audit process

• Oversight of day-to-day finance: AP, AR, payroll, cashflow

• Partnering with commercial and project teams to drive performance

• Supporting the CFO with board reporting, forecasts, and group-level analysis

• Strengthening financial controls and improving group-wide processes

• Leading and developing a small finance team

Key Skills:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong technical and commercial grounding

• Proven experience in group consolidation, reporting, and statutory accounts
