We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a well-established contractor working across social housing properties in South London.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled and reliable plumber to carry out reactive maintenance and day-to-day plumbing repairs within both occupied and void properties.

Key Responsibilities
Carrying out reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs in social housing properties

Diagnosing and fixing leaks, pipework issues, and faulty fixtures

Repairing or replacing taps, toilets, sinks, baths, and showers

Completing minor installations and plumbing upgrades when required

Working within occupied and void properties while maintaining excellent customer service

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations

Requirements
NVQ OR C&G Level 2/3 in Plumbing

Proven experience working as a Plumber within social housing or property maintenance

Strong knowledge of domestic plumbing systems and repairs

Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload

Full UK driving licence
