We’re working with a highly respected and expanding financial advisory firm in South Glasgow that’s looking for an IFA Administrator to join their collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a business that values precision, professionalism, and personal development.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partnering with Financial Planners to deliver a seamless client experience
- Preparing documentation for client meetings and processing new business applications
- Managing client transactions including withdrawals, top-ups, and fund switches
- Maintaining accurate client records across multiple systems
- Supporting compliance and operations with data integrity and process adherence
- Using IO (Intelligent Office) to manage workflows and ensure smooth operations
- Identifying clients due for review and following structured workflows
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in pensions or financial services administration
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with IO is a bonus
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
- Solid understanding of FCA regulations and the financial services landscape
