SF Group is currently recruiting for a temporary Admin Assistant for their client based in South Nottingham on a on-going basis. You will be required to support the team with their administration duties, also cover front of house providing excellent customer service and have the desire to succeed and exceed expectations. Responsibilities:
•You will be required to meet and greet visitors
•Administration duties, photocopying, binding and scanning
•Organisation of orders and collections
•Assisting with sales order processing and purchase order processing
•Organisation of travel arrangements including international business trips
•Dealing with the opening, sorting and delivering mail and arranging couriers
