Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be a key part of the design and delivery team, leading projects across all RIBA stages:

Manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Work directly with clients and lead design and technical meetings.
Produce detailed planning, tender, and construction drawing packages.
Oversee site meetings, liaising with contractors and sub-contractors throughout construction.
Ensure all work complies with current UK Building Regulations and sustainability standards.
Embrace and utilise the latest BIM and design software (experience with Vectorworks or willingness to train supported).
Contribute to mentoring and guiding junior team members.About You

You'll be a confident and technically skilled Senior Architectural Technologist with:

5-10 years of UK-based experience, ideally in a job-running or senior technical role.
Strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Solid understanding of the planning process, UK building regulations, and modern construction methods.
Proficiency in BIM-compatible software (Vectorworks experience is ideal, though training can be provided).
Outstanding communication and team leadership skills.
A genuine passion for sustainable architecture and environmentally responsible design.What's on Offer?
