They are expand their footprint in Glasgow, and are looking for a Senior Lawyer who can take ownership of business growth in the region while managing a varied and high-quality caseload.

Key Responsibilities include:

Managing a busy caseload covering all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, new builds, re-mortgages, and title transfers
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers, and other key stakeholders
Supporting and mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of learning and excellenceSkills and Education:

Scottish Qualified Solicitor with 2-3years+ PQE within this specific area.
Experienced Residential Property Lawyer with a strong background in complex transactions
Proven relationship management and business development skills with a track record of securing and retaining clients
