Who You Will Be Working For

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

Cutting and assembling chain components for industrial machinery

Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages

Completing required paperwork and quality records

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Ensuring all products meet the highest quality standards

Following production instructions and specifications accurately

Working collaboratively with the team to support productivity

Conducting basic housekeeping duties

What We're Looking For

To be considered for the role of Assembly Operative, you will need:

A strong eye for detail

The ability to read basic engineering drawings and follow instructions

Physical fitness, including the capability to carry out some heavy lifting

The ability to work under pressure to meet production deadlines

A positive attitude and strong team-working skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

A willingness to learn, adapt, and develop new skills
