About the Role:
As an integral part of our finance department, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in finance within a collaborative and dynamic workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing a high volume of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
Preparing and processing weekly payment runs
Managing internal and external queries related to accounts payable
Assisting with month-end closing and reportingWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
A proactive approach and ability to work independently
Strong communication skills and a team-player attitudeWhat We Offer:
