Site Supervisor

Location: Office base 2-3 days/week, travel to sites across Citybourne to Southampton ( no mileage coverage)
Type: Temporary - 6 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00
Rate: £260-£300 per day
Start: ASAP

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee multiple domestic and housing refurbishment projects across the South of England. You will be responsible for visiting sites, carrying out surveys, producing reports and quotes, and ensuring projects run smoothly while working closely with the Contract Manager.

Key Responsibilities of a Site Superviosr:

Conduct site visits and surveys across tenanted and void properties

Prepare detailed reports, quotes, and progress updates for each site

*

Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate work

*

Ensure work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards

*

Monitor site progress, budgets, and schedules

*

Support the Contract Manager with project planning and problem-solving

*

Maintain accurate records of site activities

Requirements of a Site Supervisor:

* Proven experience as a Supervisor in domestic or housing refurbishment projects

* Strong communication skills with clients and teams

* Ability to manage multiple sites across a wide area

* Own van and tools ideal, but not essential

* Organised, proactive, and able to work independently

* Knowledge of health & safety regulations on domestic sites
