Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Chichester
Pay rate: £17.90-£19.00 PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay)
Job Type: Term Time - Thursday afternoon + 1 weekend day , School Holidays - Monday ,Tuesday , Wednesday and Sunday (day shifts only)
Must: Drive (UK license- manual or automatic)

Our client is 19 years old living with cerebral palsy and a wheelchair user
She would require support in the home including all personal care, moving and handling and medication
 Our client loves activities such as trips to the beach, park , swimming, crafts and reading
Successful Applicant:

Previous experience and confident working with teenagers with complex conditions - brain injuries, cerebral palsy, epilepsy etc
Must be able to drive and have a clean automatic or manual UK license and own car available
