Do you have previous administration, team assistant or involved reception based experience coupled with a great attitude and attention to detail, looking for that next step. A boutique investment company based in the West End is looking for an ambitious, confident and engaging PA/Office Manager to support 2 Partners and wider team. As the sole support in the office this is an all encompassing role; you will manage multiple diaries, book international travel, process expenses, schedule internal and external meetings, book client events and liaise with investment companies globally and corporate organisations and provide all other administrative.
You will also ensure the smooth running of the office, update the website, record holidays/sickness, manage supplier relationships and coordinate new starters.
This role is much more than a traditional PA role. As the sole support you will be need to be reactive and proactive, if you see something needs doing you will naturally step up whether that is arranging a flight or looking into a new supplier or clearning down the meeting rooms to make sure they are always ready.
You will be the centre point of the office and have the ability to gain real exposure to how the business works. This role would suit a business-minded individual, who has a real muck in attitude and the gravitas to liaise with senior level individuals.
- Previous experience in an administrative role in a professional services company would be ideal.
