Administrator - Financial Services | Boutique Practice

We're working with a well-established boutique financial services practice looking to add a dedicated administrator to their dynamic team who has a background in Administration in a legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and improve administrative policies and processes
• Manage confidential files and maintain office organisation
• Assist advisers, paraplanners, and the wider team with documentation and client packs
• Coordinate with providers, networks, and clients
• Organise meetings, events, and internal activities
• Handle phone calls and general admin tasks

What we're looking for:

• 2 + years of experience in Administration in a legal setting - law firm or practice.
• Exceptional organisation and time management
• Clear communicator with great interpersonal skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Team player with a client-first mindset
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Genuine desire and passion to excel in an Administrative career
