1:1 Teaching Assistant - Cannock

We are seeking a dedicated and caring 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a busy, thriving primary school in a small village on the outskirts of Cannock. Required ASAP on a temporary basis.

This opportunity is great for somebody who is seeking a rewarding role supporting a child in Nursery. The school benefits from strong parental support and a positive, collaborative staff team in which you will be working closely alongside

The role includes:

• Providing 1:1 teaching assistant support for a pupil with speech, language and communication difficulties.
• Assisting class teacher in adapting classroom activities and resources to meet the pupil's needs.
• The ability to create and foster an inclusive, safe and warm learning environment.
• Work alongside teachers, SENCo, and external professionals.
• Support the pupil's social, emotional, and academic development.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in Nursery (1:1 experience desirable)
• Is patient, caring, and reliable
• Enhanced DBS
• Available to start ASAP
• Able to commute to Cannock
• Is able to follow guidance and adapt support to individual needs
• Fully registered to work for Academics

Pay: £90 - £100 a day (dependent upon experience). Holiday pay is included on day rate.
