Link3 is looking for an experienced, passionate Nursery Manager to lead our nursery group branch in SE13 London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident leader who is committed to delivering exceptional standards in early years education.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery
Inspire and lead a team to deliver high-quality care and education
Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and health & safety policies
Build strong and supportive relationships with families and the wider community
Oversee curriculum planning and continuous improvement across the setting
Handle budgeting, staffing, and operational planning effectively
Requirements:

Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education (Level 5+ desirable)
Substantial experience in nursery management or a senior leadership role
Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted expectations
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A genuine passion for early years development and quality education
