Service Desk Manager

Our client requires and SC Cleared Service Desk Manager to act as an SME on specific service desk products including OpNET, and also lead the team on upgrades & updates. You will have experience monitoring service desk operations and ensuring tickets are addressed in a timely fashion whilst serving as the service desk liaison to major business- impacting initiatives.
Essential Skills:
- ITIL v3 Foundation (minimum)
- Recent experience of working within an IT service desk / help desk environment
- Experience of deployed Operational Service Management (OSM)
- Experience with the use of Service Level Agreements
- Formal qualifications in project management practices preferably PRINCE2 and Agile (desirable)
