Student Liaison Officer

Location: North West London Hours: Full or Part Time AvailablePay: £15 to £17 per hour

Are you passionate about supporting young people to succeed? We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Student Liaison Officer to join our clients Student Services team. In this vital role, you’ll help improve attendance, behaviour and overall engagement for learners aged 16–18, working closely with curriculum staff, parents/carers and support teams to ensure every student has the best chance to thrive.

What you’ll do:

• Support and monitor learner attendance, punctuality and behaviour
• Provide 1:1 and small-group pastoral support
• Build strong relationships with learners to promote wellbeing and positive engagement
• Work collaboratively with staff and parents to help students stay on track
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to a safe, supportive college environment

About you:

• Experience working with young people aged 16–19
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Confident using IT systems for recording and tracking
• Positive, resilient and able to think on your feet
• Committed to safeguarding, equality and supporting diverse learner needs
