Due to long term sickness, a Counterbalance FLT Driver is required working Mon-Fri mid/ PM shifts for a leading logistics company in based at Manchester airport with free parking onsite, ongoing work available with set shifts!! 

Hours & Shifts: Monday to Friday with one hour unpaid break
Mids: 11am-7pm (Apply online only)) 
PM: 4pm-1am (Apply online only))

Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour + overtime over 40 hours per week paid at x1.5 rate (£18.00 per hour)

As FLT Driver you will report into the Shift Team Leader working in a clean, bright and modern warehouse environment undertaking any of the following duties:

Loading and unloading vehicles
Building and breaking down aircraft pallets (manual handling)
Driving the FLT approx 30% of the time
A performance driven operation with tight deadlines

Involves manual handling and standing for long periods of time
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following:

Valid and in date Counterbalance FLT License
Warehouse Operative experience ideally
Ability to work in a targeted environment
Ability to stand for long periods of time, and be physically fit to manually lift heavy items
Excellent attention to detail
The  role requires candidates to undergo a basic DBS check and provide verifiable 5 years worth of employment/ education history as part of the process due to the nature of the client. This is free of charge as Meridian Business Support cover the cost.
