Recruitment Consultant responsibilities:  

• Collaborating with senior consultants to cultivate and secure new candidates and business opportunities
• Researching potential clients, contributing to thought leadership pieces, and developing marketing materials and proposals
• Proactively engaging with potential collaborators and candidates
• Developing expertise in assigned sectors and markets
• Utilising databases, networking, and research to identify top-tier candidates
• Facilitating transparent communication with candidates regarding roles, organisational culture, and benefits
• Evaluating candidates' suitability through various stages of the recruitment process
