We're on the lookout for a talented ServiceNow Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to become a vital part of our dynamic and fast-growing Digital Customer Experience team. You'll help deliver cutting-edge solutions that transform how organisations interact with their employees and customers across the ServiceNow platform.

Your Role in the Team

Platform Development

Customise and configure modules across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and onboarding workflows

Build and maintain applications using JavaScript and Angular

Utilise Now Assist, GenAI, and Workflow Data Fabric for modern, intelligent solutions

User-Centric Design

Design intuitive, responsive UIs using Next Experience UI, UI Builder, and Service Portal

Craft self-service portals and dashboards that enhance usability and engagement

Systems Integration

Integrate ServiceNow with external platforms (e.g., HR, CRM, eCommerce) using REST/SOAP APIs

Ensure seamless data flow and platform consistency

Experience-Driven Outcomes

Enhance user journeys and productivity through real-time analytics and automation

Deliver employee-centric onboarding and lifecycle workflows

Embrace GenAI and automation to drive continuous improvement

Team Collaboration

Engage in workshops and requirement-gathering sessions

Participate in code reviews and internal knowledge-sharing

Work closely with cross-functional teams across IT, HR, and Customer Service

What You'll Bring

Must-Haves:

2+ years of real-world ServiceNow development experience

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Flow Designer, and the Glide API

Experience with core workflows: ITSM, HRSD, CSM, Onboarding

API integration knowledge (REST/SOAP)

Strong communication and analytical skills

Understanding of employee/customer experience design

Desirable Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - HRSD or CSM
