Are you the sort of energetic, can do administrator that everyone turns to? Are you organised, efficient and excellent at multi tasking?
We're looking for a senior administrator to join a leading Facilities Management business based in Cambridge - working closely with the operations director, you'll be assisting with all manner of day to day business administration, but in particular helping put together statistical reports for the board and various other meetings. This company works with clients in the retail, commercial and public sector and have a wide range of contracts across the UK, delivering a full range of building maintenance services.
You'll be a whizz at using Microsoft Word, Excel and other applications like Teams and Zoom, as well as having a high level of verbal and communication skills. You'll be able to prioritise effectively and be able to deal with work requests coming from multiple internal and external customers, setting and communicating realistic timescales and deadlines. Occasional travel may be required, so own transport is essential (mileage expenses will be paid).
Candidates with experience of working in Facilities Management provision, or a similar industry such as energy management or construction are highly desirable, but we will consider candidates from other commercial, private sector industries with excellent transferable skills.
This is a 3 month temp to perm role, and will be paid an hourly rate equivalent of an annual salary range of £30k - £35k (plus holidays and pension contributions on top) - we are looking for candidates with minimal or no notice period to give as the role is required immediately.
